Centre Point Recruitment has partnered with a well-established, independent estate agency based in West London. We are currently assisting them with the recruitment of a Business Development Consultant.
Our client wishes to hire an enthusiastic and meticulous individual to join their busy and award-winning team. This role involves calling through existing data to generate valuable lettings valuation leads, enabling the team to expand their lettings portfolio.
Main responsibilities:
- Utilise the existing database to identify potential letting opportunities.
- Analyse data trends to produce high-quality valuation leads.
- Engage in warm calls with existing clients, engaging conversations to determine if properties are approaching availability for lettings.
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with clients during calls, providing a friendly and professional service.
- Pass on generated leads to the Lettings Manager in an efficient manner, ensuring a seamless transition.
- Update and maintain the database with accurate call outcomes and property information.
Key requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within the real estate sector.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational and analytical skills, with an aptitude for data mining and lead generation.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
- High levels of attention to detail.
- Problem-solving skills.
Location: West London
Hours: 9am – 6pm Monday to Friday
Hybrid: Not available – this is a fully office-based role.
Salary: £30,000 plus commission (OTE of £32-33k)
Driving licence: Not required
Development: Potential to progress within the team and full support will be provided to achieve industry-related qualifications (such as ARLA).
