Lettings Administrator

Centre Point Recruitment have partnered with a well-respected, independent property company based in Hampstead (NW3), which is looking to recruit a Lettings Administrator.
 

 

Duties
  • Manage any maintenance queries for a small portfolio of residential properties in the local Hampstead area.
  • Ensure certificate compliancy (EPC, EICR, gas safety etc.) across the portfolio.
  • Liaise with tenants, landlords, and registered contractors.
  • Issue legal notices when they are required.
  • Prepare tenancy agreements and negotiate renewals.
  • Manage the check-in/check-out process at the start and end of each tenancy.
  • Handle deposit registrations and negotiate settlements.
  • Arrange payment of rent and utility bills, and chase arrears when required.

 

 Requirements
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience within lettings administration.
  • A basic understanding of property management and accounts.
  • Superb communication skills (verbally and written).
  • Excellent planning & organisational skills.
  • Be a real team player with an aptitude for problem-solving.

 

Work hours
  • 9:30am to 5:30pm Monday to Friday
  • This role is fully office based.
