Our client, an established multi-branch estate agency based in North London wishes to hire an experienced and enthusiastic individual to head up their lettings compliance desk.
Main responsibilities:
- To liaise with landlords/tenants to ensuring leased properties are fully compliant and fall within legislation’s
- Ensure Gas safety’s are monitored
- EPC checks
- Scheduling of certificates
Key requirements:
- A minimum of 1 year lettings/property compliance experience (essential)
- Exceptional communication skills (in person, over the telephone, and via email).
- Extremely well organised.
Location: North London
Hours: 9am – 5.30pm Monday to Friday
Hybrid: Available after probation period
Salary: £30,000 – £32,000
