Earnings:
- Salary: £28,000 – £32,000 base salary + commission
- OTE: £65,000, with potential for more.

Key Responsibilities:
- Property Valuations: Carry out accurate rental valuations, advising landlords.
- Client Acquisition: Build relationships with landlords and property owners to secure new lettings instructions and grow our portfolio.
- Business Development: Find new business opportunities and off-market properties to meet and exceed targets.
- Team Support: As you move toward the Lettings Manager role, mentor junior staff and share market knowledge.
- Compliance: Ensure all lettings transactions meet legal standards and maintain high service quality.

- Target-Oriented: Proven success in a target-driven role.
- Full UK Driving Licence: Required for property valuations and client meetings.
