Office Administrator

Our client is hiring an Office Administrator to assistant on the day to day running’s of the business.

Monday – Friday 8.30am – 6.00pm

Will be required to work some Saturdays 9.00am – 5.00pm however a day of in lieu will be provided.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £20,000.00-£24,000.00 per year

To assist the manager to run a smooth organised, professional and efficient branch.

Ensuring all diary appointments and meetings are kept and on time by all staff.

To proactively work with the manager to achieve assigned tasks.

Work in the office to field all the calls, recording accurate messages for manager and other team members, ensuring all messages are returned and all enquires dealt with promptly.

Update and maintain an accurate window display presentation ensuring that all particulars have accurate spelling and grammar with quality photographs attached.

To assist the manager to maintain the overall office presentation and tidiness.

All administration and filing to be organised in a standard fashion and in line with company procedures.

To assist in maintaining and compiling of managerial reports ensuring that the managers submit branch reports on time.

To handle all sales enquiries, accurately qualify applicants and make appointments where required with Landlord and Vendor.

Deal with all incoming enquires from Landlord, tenants, applicants and vendors in a helpful and professional manner using file notes if applicable.

Ensure sales teams keep file notes up to date and are accurate.

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • London: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
