Days/Hours: Monday to Friday 8.30am to 6.00pm
We are seeking a dynamic and organised individual to join our team as a PA/Assistant Accounts Manager. In this multifaceted role, the candidate will play a critical part in supporting the director with their day-to-day responsibilities.
PA Duties:
- Provide high-level administrative support to the company director
- Manage diary and organise meetings and appointments
- Take notes at meetings and prepare the minutes
- Prepare reports, presentations and documents as needed
- Handle and respond to correspondence including phone calls, emails and letters
Accounts Duties:
- Process invoices
- Manage payroll
- Credit control
- Purchase orders
- Prepare, review and analyse reports
- Data entry
- Tax compliance
- Liaise with third party providers, clients and suppliers
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- Equivalent work experience minimum 1 year
Essential:
- Experience as a PA or in Account in the property industry or similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Good working knowledge of accounting procedures
- Experience using SAGE Accounts
- Competent in Payroll
- Understand Property and Development
- Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information
