Centre Point Recruitment has partnered with a well-established, independent estate agency based in West London. We are currently assisting them with the recruitment of a Property Manager.
Our client wishes to hire an experienced and enthusiastic individual to join their busy and award-winning team. You will hold responsibility for c.100 residential properties across West and Central London.
Main responsibilities:
- Successfully manage a portfolio of residential properties.
- Create & maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants.
- Conduct regular property inspections.
- Inspect all works carried out and provide reports to all interested parties.
- Manage contractors to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction are maintained.
- Ensure all work orders, invoices, warranties etc. are logged onto the software.
- Review each property’s expenditure and keep a financial grasp of contractor charges to ensure best value for each client.
- Ensure all properties are up to date with the latest regulations (fire, electrical, H&S, Legionella etc.).
Key requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience within the role of Property Manager (essential).
- ARLA qualified (preferred but not essential).
- Exceptional communication skills (in person, over the telephone, and via email).
- Strong customer service skills.
- Extremely well organised.
Location: West London
Hours: 9am – 6pm Monday to Friday
Hybrid: Available after probation period
Salary: £35,000 – £40,000
Driving licence: Not required
Development: Potential to progress within the team and full support will be provided to achieve industry-related qualifications (such as ARLA).
