Centre Point Recruitment has partnered with a well-established estate agency based in North West London. We are currently assisting them with the recruitment of a Property Manager.
Our client wishes to hire an experienced and enthusiastic individual to join their busy Property Management team. You will hold responsibility for c.120 residential properties across North West London
Main responsibilities:
- Successfully manage a portfolio of residential properties.
- Create & maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants.
- Conduct regular property inspections.
- Inspect all works carried out and provide reports to all interested parties.
- Manage contractors to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction are maintained.
- Ensure all work orders, invoices, warranties etc. are logged onto the software.
- Review each property’s expenditure and keep a financial grasp of contractor charges to ensure best value for each client.
- Ensure all properties are up to date with the latest regulations (fire, electrical, H&S, etc.).
Key requirements:
- A minimum of 18 months experience within the role of Property Manager (essential).
- ARLA qualified (preferred but not essential).
- Exceptional communication skills (in person, over the telephone, and via email).
- Strong customer service skills.
- Extremely well organised.
Location: North West London
Hours: 9am – 6pm Monday to Friday
Hybrid: Available after probation period
Salary: £28,000 – £32,000
Driving licence required – Pool car available
Development: Potential to progress within the team and full support will be provided to achieve industry-related qualifications (such as ARLA).
