We are seeking an experienced Branch Manager to oversee the daily operations of Sales and Lettings. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated and dedicated to delivering excellent results for their clients. The candidate must also have experience in leading a team, monitoring and motivating staff along with the ability to create and acquire new business opportunities.
Salary (Depending on Experience)
- Basic: £30,000-£45,000
- OTE: Up to 85K
Hours:
- Monday to Friday 8:30am – 6:00pm.
- Saturdays 9.00am – 5.00pm, however one day in lieu will be provided.
- One Saturday Off Per Month
Job requirement:
- Minimum 2 years office management experience
- At least 3 years’ experience in Residential Sales and Lettings
- Strong leadership and team-building abilities
- Good communication skills
- Self-motivated and target driven
- Full UK driving licence (Must own a car)
Responsibilities:
- Manage the day to day running of the branch
- Identifying areas of improvements and drive growth and market share by overseeing and participating in all aspects of sales and lettings
- Setting and reviewing of office and personal targets
- Carry out property market appraisals and viewings
Monitor and motivate the Sales and Lettings team.
