Centre Point Recruitment are partnered with a family run, well respected Independent Agency who are looking to hire an experienced Sales/Lettings Negotiator to oversee their growing Sales/Lettings Department within the business.
Overview:
- Conduct property viewings with potential buyers or tenants
- Listing/Valuing Sales properties accurately
- Successfully winning business for the Sales Portfolio
- Negotiate offers between buyers/tenants and sellers/landlords
- Provide excellent customer service to clients throughout the sales/letting process with a friendly, positive attitude
- Assist in the preparation of property listings, including taking photographs and writing descriptions and floorplans
- Coordinate with other team members to ensure smooth transactions
- Attend networking events and build relationships with potential clients with an interest in business development
- Excellent communication with your team to ensure the best service
- Keep up to date with market trends and property values in the areas worked
Requirements:
- Must have1 year’s minimum experience within Sales
- Must understand the Lettings Market
- Must have a full UK driving License

Salary:
£26,000 – £28,000 OTE £50,000 (First Year)
