The role:
·Generate market appraisals, developing new business
·Converting appraisals into sales instructions
·Handling enquiries generated from the internet, telephone and walk-ins, in a professional manner
·Generate and accompany viewing and maintain feedback with all parties and negotiate offers
·Be responsible for maintaining records on internal databases
·Marketing of properties
·Contribute to general running and profitability of the sales department
Required Skills:
·Experience working as a Sales Valuer
·Excellent customer service skills
·You must be highly driven and enthusiastic, with a proven ability to build strong professional relationships with clients and buyers
·Proven track record in closing deals
·An up-to-date understanding of market trends, local property values and an awareness of the local competition
·Full clean driving licence and own car
- Basic £26,000 to £32,000 depending on experience
Guarantee in place
£50,000 to £60,000 realistic OTE 1st year
