Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Progressor to join our clients dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the progression of sales from initial offer to completion, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for all parties involved. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the sales progression process for residential and/or commercial properties.
- Liaise between buyers, sellers, solicitors, and other stakeholders to ensure timely updates and communication.
- Monitor the status of sales and proactively address any issues that may arise.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation throughout the sales process.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, answering queries and providing updates.
- Work closely with the sales team to achieve targets and drive business growth.
- Stay informed about market trends and changes in the industry.
Qualifications:
- Ideal candidates should have 2 years of experience.
- Previous experience in a sales progression or property management role is preferred.
- Strong understanding of the sales process and related legal requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
