Job Title: Sales Progressor

Location: East London, West Essex (Hybrid)

  • Hybrid role (1-2 days in office per week)
    Ideal candidates should have 2 years of experience.
    Monday – Friday, 9am – 6pm.

Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Progressor to join our clients dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the progression of sales from initial offer to completion, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for all parties involved. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the sales progression process for residential and/or commercial properties.
  • Liaise between buyers, sellers, solicitors, and other stakeholders to ensure timely updates and communication.
  • Monitor the status of sales and proactively address any issues that may arise.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation throughout the sales process.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, answering queries and providing updates.
  • Work closely with the sales team to achieve targets and drive business growth.
  • Stay informed about market trends and changes in the industry.

Qualifications:

  • Ideal candidates should have 2 years of experience.
  • Previous experience in a sales progression or property management role is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of the sales process and related legal requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
