Centre Point Recruitment has exclusively partnered with an ambitious, multi-branch property consultancy, with offices spanning across London. We are assisting them with the recruitment of a Senior Property Manager to join their back office/operations team.
Our client wishes to hire someone with proven experience within property management who is technically proficient. With properties up to the value of £10,000,000, it is imperative that the property manager that comes in would be able to liaise and communicate with landlords and tenants that have extremely high expectations.
Main responsibilities:
- Handle the intake and processing of tenancy applications.
- Ensure all required documents are submitted and accurately completed.
- Communicate with applicants regarding the status of their references.
- Perform comprehensive reference checks to verify tenant eligibility.
- Ensure all documentation complies with legal and regulatory standards.
- Draft and finalize tenancy agreements and other relevant documents.
- Schedule and conduct property viewings for prospective tenants
- Provide detailed property information and answer any questions.
- Oversee the entire move-in and move-out process.
- Ensure properties are prepared and inspected before tenant occupancy.
- Keep detailed and up-to-date records of tenant information and property details.
- Manage data entry and ensure information is securely stored.
- Respond to tenant inquiries promptly and professionally
- Address and resolve any tenant concerns or issues.
- Stay updated on relevant rental regulations and legal requirements.
- Ensure all processes and documentation are compliant with current laws.
- Assist in the marketing of available properties through various channels
- Ensure property listings are accurate and appealing.

- Address any payment issues and follow up on late payments.
Key requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role within the residential real estate sector
- Strong understanding of tenancy laws and regulations.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
Location: Offices throughout London, can be discussed
Hours: 9am – 5pm Monday to Friday
Hybrid: After successful completion of probation
Salary: £35,000 – £40,000
