Centre Point Recruitment has partnered with a well-established, Property Consultancy based in Prime Central London. We are currently assisting them with the recruitment of a Senior Property Manager.
Our client wishes to hire someone with proven experience within the HMO sector specifically, who can take the reigns on their portfolio fairly quickly with a smooth transition.
Main responsibilities:
- Maintain high standards of personal and professional conduct in dealing with customers, tenants, local authorities etc.
- Provide advice and assistance to tenants relating to compliance & complaints
- Drafting tenancy agreements and other tenancy documentation and processing the renewal of existing tenancies
- Process work orders and billing/payments
- Maintain deposit and rent reconciliation / collections
- Handling deposit dispute negotiations
- Coordinate and provide advice to TA and AST clients
- Coordinate maintenance work schedules and the move of tenants into their properties
- Chase progress on claims, deposits rent schemes
- Deal with evictions, bailiffs, court summons and final reminders
- Collect property keys
- Arrange inventories, gas safety certificates, property inspections and maintenance repairs.
- Booking contractors and arranging access to properties
- Assisting with referencing of new tenants
Key requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years specific property management experience (HMO specififc)
- ARLA qualified (preferred, not essential)
- Exceptional communication skills (in person, over the telephone, and via email).
- Personable with a positive, can-do attitude.
Location: Prime Central London, Berkeley Square region
Hours: 9am – 6pm / Monday to Friday
Salary: £45,000 – £50,000
