Job Title: Property Manager

Salary: £30,000-£34,000 (DOE)
Hours: Monday to Friday / 9am – 6pm
Location: Bromley, South East London

Overview:
My client, an established, multi-branch estate agency based in South East London are seeking a proactive and highly organised Property Manager to join the team. The successful candidate will be responsible for a managed residential portfolio of c.120 managed AST properties, with a large majority situated local to the Bromley region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of 110–120 AST residential properties across South East and South West London.
• Ensure all properties are fully compliant with legal and safety requirements, including Gas Safety Certificates, EICRs, EPCs, and any local authority licensing where applicable.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests, prioritising urgent issues and liaising with contractors, tenants, and landlords to ensure timely and cost-effective resolution.
• Carry out regular property inspections and produce clear, detailed reports for landlords, highlighting any maintenance concerns or tenancy issues.
• Oversee all aspects of the tenancy lifecycle – from move-in to mid-term to check-out – ensuring a high level of tenant satisfaction throughout.
• Act as the first point of contact for landlords and tenants, resolving queries professionally and efficiently while maintaining excellent relationships.

Key Skills & Experience:

• Previous experience within Property Management
• Strong understanding of property legislation and passionate about industry
• Confident communicator with a professional telephone manner
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
• Able to manage multiple tasks and work well under pressure
