We are seeking a polished and proactive Concierge/ Porter to join a prestigious residential development offering 5-star living in the heart of London. Hours will be 12noon – 9pm Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver food and beverages to residents’ apartments and assist with general upkeep of amenity spaces.

• Provide break cover for the concierge and support seamless front-of-house operations.

• Perform porter duties including greeting residents, handling luggage, and assisting with move-ins/outs.

• Manage parcel deliveries, key access, amenity bookings, and resident service requests.

• Offer tailored local recommendations and luxury lifestyle support, from dining to entertainment and wellness bookings.

• Liaise directly with residents and their guests across all channels to deliver an exceptional experience.

• Monitor visitor logs, maintain databases, and ensure the building remains secure, clean, and impeccably presented.

• Use internal systems to manage bookings and follow-up on resident requests.

• Uphold One Nine Elms’ vision, service standards, and FLHSS protocols at all times.

What We’re Looking For:
A highly personable, detail-oriented professional with a strong service ethic, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build rapport with VIP clientele. Experience in luxury hospitality or residential services is preferred.
