Part-Time Lettings/Sales Administrator
£22,000 per annum (equivalent to £27,500 Pro-Rata)
Monday to Friday, 9:00am–3:30pm (including 30-minute lunch break)
Location: Pinner, North West London
My lovely client is currently seeking a Part-Time Lettings/Sales Administrator to join their busy and growing team. This role is ideal for a committed individual looking for a long-term opportunity where they can make a meaningful contribution. The hours are well-suited to someone seeking school-friendly working hours or who has child commitments (school drops off, playdates etc)
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to Lettings Managers and the wider team
- Assist with both lettings and sales processes, including documentation, compliance, and database management
- Help streamline office operations and enable the team to focus on business growth
- Liaise with landlords, tenants, and applicants in a professional manner
- Maintain accurate records and support the preparation of marketing materials
Requirements:
- Prior experience in the property industry (lettings and/or sales) is highly desirable
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- A proactive, dependable team player who can work independently
- Comfortable using property software and Microsoft Office applications
