Lettings Manager – North London (OTE £75k+)

Base Salary: £30,000–£34,000 + Car Allowance

A well-established and highly regarded independent estate agency in North London is looking to appoint an experienced and motivated Lettings Manager to take the lead on growing their lettings operation. This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident individual ready to step into a leadership role within a successful, service-led agency with ambitious growth plans.

Package & Perks:

• Base Salary: £30,000–£34,000 (DOE), including car allowance

• On Target Earnings: £75,000+

• Commission Breakdown: Available upon request

  Additional bonuses tied to revenue, retention, and portfolio growth

• Working Hours:

  • Monday–Thursday: 9am–6:30pm

  • Friday: 9am–6pm

• Holiday: 28 days including bank holidays

Role Overview:

The Lettings Manager will be responsible for driving the lettings business forward – sourcing new instructions, growing the management portfolio, and leading a small team. This is a hands-on position suited to someone proactive, target-driven, and capable of generating business rather than waiting for it.

Key responsibilities include:

• Winning new business and converting leads across lettings and management

• Building a consistent stock register and increasing market share

• Expanding the Build to Rent and smaller landlord portfolio

• Leading, mentoring, and motivating the lettings team

• Creating and managing marketing campaigns

• Delivering exceptional service to both landlords and tenants

• Producing quarterly presentations and year-end performance reviews

• Utilising and growing the existing database to generate new leads

Ideal Candidate:

• Minimum 2 to 3 years’ lettings experience, ideally with team leadership exposure

• Proven success in listing and closing new instructions

• Entrepreneurial mindset – proactive, enthusiastic, and results-oriented

• Strong understanding of lettings compliance and legislation

• ARLA qualified (preferred)

• Full UK driving licence
