Centre Point Recruitment are partnered with a high profile, well established Independent Agency who are looking to hire multiple candidates for the Lettings Negotiator role across a variety of branches in North West London.
CAN ALSO BE JUNIOR AS WELL AS EXPERIENCED NEGOTIATORS.
Overview:
- Conduct property viewings with potential tenants
- Listing/Valuing rental properties.
- Successfully winning business for the Lettings Portfolio.
- Negotiate offers between tenants and landlords
- Provide excellent customer service to clients throughout the letting process with a friendly, positive attitude towards all parties.
- Assist in the preparation of property listings.
- Coordinate with other team members to ensure smooth transactions, including other departments within the business.
- Analysing the lettings market, keeping track up the market trends and changes
- Excellent communication with your team to ensure the best service
- Meetings targets and KPIs.
Requirements:
- Must have 6 months minimum experience within Lettings.
- Must understand the Lettings Market
- Must have a full UK driving License

£18,000 – £25,000 OTE £40,000 (First Year)
