Lettings Negotiator
£23,000 basic + £55,000–£57,000 OTE
We’re looking for a confident, organised and customer-focused Lettings Negotiator to join our Central London team. This is a great opportunity for someone with at least two years’ experience in lettings, who’s ready to join a busy, professional office with a strong local presence.
The Role
You’ll be the fourth member of the lettings team, working closely with applicants, landlords and relocation agents to successfully let properties across the area. Viewings are all walking distance from the office, so no company car is provided — but we do ask if candidates hold a licence.
Day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Registering applicants and managing their search journey
- Booking and conducting viewings
- Following up with applicants and building strong working relationships
- Negotiating offers and progressing lets in line with company processes
- Keeping Reapit fully up to date with notes, feedback and applicant activity
- Managing marketing activities such as testimonials, let boards and canvassing
- Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation (AML, GDPR, Right to Rent)
- Supporting the team in delivering excellent service to landlords and tenants
About You
We’re looking for someone with:
- At least 2 years’ experience in lettings
- Strong local knowledge (preferred)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A professional, confident and customer-focused approach
- Strong organisation and time management skills
- A proactive attitude and genuine interest in the lettings market
- ARLA qualification (or willingness to complete training)
Salary & Benefits
- £23,000 basic salary
- £56,000–£57,000 on-target earnings
- Monday–Friday, 9.00am–6.00pm (one late finish per week until 7.00pm during summer)
- One Saturday per month, 10.00am–2.00pm (with 0.5 day in lieu)
