Job Title: Lettings Negotiator
Location: South East London
Salary: Up to £26,000 Basic, OTE £45,000 (depending on experience and performance)
Hours:
Monday to Friday 8:30-6pm
Sat – 9am-3pm
Alternate Saturdays, flexible day off in Lieu (5 Days a week)
Job Overview:
Fantastic opportunity with our prestige client who is looking for a proactive, driven, and customer-focused Lettings Negotiator to join our growing team in South East London. As a Lettings Negotiator, you will play a key role in helping tenants find their ideal homes and assisting landlords with managing and letting their properties. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with clients, providing an exceptional level of service, and meeting sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Property Marketing: Advertise properties across relevant channels, ensuring they are presented well to attract tenants.
- Viewings: Conduct property viewings with prospective tenants, providing them with all relevant details and answering their queries.
- Negotiation: Negotiate terms between landlords and tenants, ensuring that all agreements are mutually beneficial.
- Client Management: Build relationships with landlords and tenants to maintain high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
- Market Knowledge: Stay updated on local property market trends and competitor offerings to provide advice and guidance to clients.
- Admin & Compliance: Ensure all paperwork is completed accurately, including tenancy agreements, referencing, and deposit management. Maintain compliance with all legal regulations related to letting properties.
Skills & Experience Required:
- Previous experience in property lettings, sales, or a customer-facing role is desirable.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proactive, motivated, and target-driven.
- Full UK driving license & Vehicle
- Knowledge of local property market is an advantage.
- A professional approach and positive attitude.
