Overview:
Our Client is seeking an experienced and driven Senior Sales Manager to lead our New Homes department based in our North London office. This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive individual with a passion for property and new build developments to take the lead in managing and growing our New Homes sales operation across North London.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take overall responsibility for the performance and development of the New Homes sales team.
- Establish and maintain strong working relationships with property developers, housebuilders, and landowners.
- Win new business and secure sole or joint instructions for new homes developments.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans for off-plan and completed units.
- Monitor market trends and advise developers on pricing, unit mix, and market positioning.
- Manage and mentor a team of negotiators and support staff, ensuring targets are met and exceeded.
- Work closely with the Land & Residential teams to identify development opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver client presentations, marketing proposals, and progress reports.
- Attend launches, open days, and networking events as required.
Skills & Experience:
- Proven track record in new homes sales management or a senior estate agency role.
- In-depth understanding of the new build market, particularly across London and the surrounding areas.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Commercially astute with a focus on achieving results.
- Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines.
- Full UK driving licence required and must own a car!
