Centre Point Recruitment has partnered with a multi-branch independent estate agency based in Buckinghamshire. We are currently assisting them with the recruitment of a Property Manager.
Our client wishes to hire an enthusiastic individual with proven experience within property management. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a progressive, family-run business that can support you with gaining industry qualifications and that offers career progression.
Main responsibilities:
- Managing a portfolio of c.200 properties in Buckinghamshire, acting as sole point of contact and building relationships.
- Conducting property visits/inspections.
- Maintaining an excellent level of communication with all landlords, tenants, and contractors.
- Communicate with contractors, organising quotes and necessary works.
- Managing rent arrears.
- Negotiating tenancy renewals.
- Managing all end of tenancy tasks, including dilapidations.
- Continually update knowledge of relevant Landlord and Tenant Act, legal notices etc.
Key skills & attributes:
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience within property management (essential).
- Exceptional communication skills (in person, over the telephone, and via email).
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Ability to prioritise tasks and handle problematic situations.
Location: Buckinghamshire
Hours: 9am – 5pm Monday to Friday
Salary: £26-30k
