Centre Point Recruitment has partnered with a successful property development business based in Central London.
They are currently looking to hire an experienced Property Manager, who, while working as part of a small team, will assist with the management of a portfolio of commercial and residential properties.
Main responsibilities:
- Assist with the management of a small portfolio of managed office space and residential properties.
- Handle tenant enquiries. ensuring any issues are dealt with in a timely and professional manner.
- Conduct periodic property inspections, proactively addresses issues as they arise.
- Schedule all reactive and planned maintenance with contractors and track the progress of agreed works.
- Negotiate with suppliers and service providers to secure the best possible price and value for money.
- Complete quality checks on completed works.
- Liaise with local authorities, utility providers and insurance companies.
- Arrange pre-tenancy and end-of-tenancy works.
- Ensure all necessary paperwork/certification is in place.
- Process invoices and ensure rent arrears are promptly chased.
Candidate profile:
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience within property management (residential and/or commercial).
- A strong communicator (excellent written and verbal skills).
- Confident, presentable, and articulate.
- Happy to work as part of a small team.
- Outstanding attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office.
Location: Central London
Salary: £35,000 – £40,000
Hours: 9am-6pm Monday to Friday (no remote working)
Driving licence: Not required
