An exciting opportunity has arisen to join an international property investment and management company as they expand their operations into Birmingham. This is a key role within an established and hugely successful business.
They are currently looking to hire an experienced Property Manager, who has existing knowledge of the Birmingham property market.
Main responsibilities:
- Manage a small portfolio of residential lettings property situated within central Birmingham.
- Conduct regular property inspections and provide reports to landlords.
- Update and maintain the property management software and ensure robust record keeping.
- Maintain a positive and productive relationship with landlords, tenants, and contractors.
- Liaise regularly with the property management team in London.
- Work with the Lettings team to grow the management portfolio.
Candidate profile:
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience within property management, with full responsibility for your own managed portfolio.
- Working knowledge of the Birmingham property market.
- An excellent communicator (verbal and written).
- Confident, presentable, and articulate.
- Happy to work as part of a small team.
- High attention-to-detail.
Location: Birmingham
Salary: £30,000 – £33,000
Hours: 9am-6pm Monday to Friday (no remote working)
Driving licence: Required
