A forward-thinking, independent estate agency in the heart of Islington is on the lookout for an experienced Sales Valuer to join their growing residential sales team. The Opportunity
As a Sales Valuer, you will be at the forefront of generating new business, delivering accurate valuations, and securing new instructions. You’ll work closely with clients throughout the sales journey, offering expert guidance and building long-term relationships. This is a fast-paced, client-facing role where emotional intelligence, sales acumen, and local knowledge are key.
Key Responsibilities

Conduct accurate, data-led property valuations

Win new instructions through confident, professional communication

Advise vendors on pricing, presentation, and marketing strategy

Collaborate with internal teams to launch listings effectively

Maintain close communication with clients throughout the sales process

Leverage the existing database and historic appraisals to generate new leads

Work with marketing to increase brand visibility and lead generation

Ensure all AML checks and compliance requirements are met

Refer clients for surveys, mortgages, and conveyancing services

Monitor market trends and adjust strategies accordingly

Consistently hit quarterly and annual performance targets
What We’re Looking For
-
2+ years of experience in residential property valuations

Proven track record in converting valuations into instructions

Deep knowledge of the Islington and wider North London market
-
Excellent communication, presentation, and client relationship skills
-
Self-starter with strong commercial awareness and organisation
-
Familiarity with CRM/property software (Alto preferred)

Full UK driving licence
