An award-winning, independent estate agency based in Islington is looking for an ambitious Sales Director to take ownership of its residential sales division. This is a high-impact leadership role, perfect for a results-driven property professional with deep North London market knowledge and a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences.

The Role
As Sales Director, you’ll play a pivotal role in developing and executing the agency’s sales strategy. You’ll be responsible for growing the team, increasing market share, and building strong relationships with vendors and buyers. This is a role for someone who leads from the front—experienced in valuations, highly personable, and commercially sharp.

What You’ll Do

• Drive residential sales strategy and revenue growth across North London

• Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing sales team

• Conduct expert valuations and win new instructions

• Oversee pipeline management, performance, and reporting

• Leverage the agency’s extensive database for business generation

• Collaborate with marketing to boost lead generation and brand presence

• Provide regular insights and performance updates to the Managing Director

• Stay ahead of market trends and competitor activity

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years’ experience in residential sales, including 2+ in a senior or leadership role

• Proven success in winning instructions and closing sales

• Deep knowledge of the North London property market

• High emotional intelligence with excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills

• Commercially minded and target-driven

• Full UK driving licence
