Job Title: Sales Negotiator X2

Location: East London / Essex
Salary: £20,000 – £25,000 basic + OTE £50,000 – £55,000 (realistic)
Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM
• Saturday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Every Saturday)
• One fixed day off during the week

The Opportunity

A fast-paced and forward-thinking estate agency in the East London/Essex area is looking for a Sales Negotiator to join its growing team. Currently a tight-knit group of 3 negotiators, the agency is expanding and seeking a sales-driven individual to help push the business to the next level.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with ambition, confidence, and a desire to grow within a dynamic, high-performance environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct property viewings with potential buyers
• Register and qualify new applicants
• Proactively follow up on leads and manage your applicant database
• Negotiate offers between buyers and vendors
• Maintain strong client relationships and deliver top-tier customer service
• Support the sales process from offer to completion
• Liaise with solicitors, surveyors, and other stakeholders

Requirements:

• Minimum 12 months experience in residential property sales or similar target-driven sales role
• Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle (essential)
• Must be highly presentable, articulate, and professional
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Energetic and proactive approach to work
• Knowledge of the East London/Essex area is advantageous
• No car allowance provided, but on-site parking is available
