Job Title: Sales Negotiator X2
Location: East London / Essex
Salary: £20,000 – £25,000 basic + OTE £50,000 – £55,000 (realistic)
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM
- Saturday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Every Saturday)
- One fixed day off during the week
The Opportunity
A fast-paced and forward-thinking estate agency in the East London/Essex area is looking for a Sales Negotiator to join its growing team. Currently a tight-knit group of 3 negotiators, the agency is expanding and seeking a sales-driven individual to help push the business to the next level.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with ambition, confidence, and a desire to grow within a dynamic, high-performance environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct property viewings with potential buyers
- Register and qualify new applicants
- Proactively follow up on leads and manage your applicant database
- Negotiate offers between buyers and vendors
- Maintain strong client relationships and deliver top-tier customer service
- Support the sales process from offer to completion
- Liaise with solicitors, surveyors, and other stakeholders
Requirements:
- Minimum 12 months experience in residential property sales or similar target-driven sales role
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle (essential)
- Must be highly presentable, articulate, and professional
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Energetic and proactive approach to work
- Knowledge of the East London/Essex area is advantageous
- No car allowance provided, but on-site parking is available
