Our client is seeking a motivated Sales Progressor to join their friendly and high-performing team. What We’re Looking For:

• At least 1 year of experience in property sales progression

• A confident communicator who can manage multiple stakeholders

• Organised and proactive with excellent attention to detail

• Comfortable managing files from offer through to completion

• A team player who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment

• Driving licence not essential

The Package:

• Basic Salary: £25,000–£27,000

• Commission: Approx. £4,000 annually

• OTE: Up to £31,000

• Underground parking

• Full training and development pathways available

• Office-based – no remote or hybrid working

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday: 9am–6pm

• 1 in 2 Saturdays: 10am–4pm (with day off in lieu)
