Property Lister / Valuer
Location: East London / Essex
Basic Salary: £25,000
On-Target Earnings (OTE): £75,000 – £100,000 (realistic & uncapped)
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM
- Saturday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (with a fixed weekday off)
The Opportunity
An established and fast-growing estate agency in East London / Essex is looking for an experienced and ambitious Property Lister / Valuer to join the team.
This is a crucial position for someone who’s confident in winning instructions, has a proven track record in valuations, and thrives in a target-driven environment. You’ll be joining a close-knit, high-performance team where your impact will be immediate and meaningful.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market appraisals and win new listings
- Accurately value properties in line with local trends and demand
- Build strong rapport with vendors through professionalism and trust
- Follow up warm leads and generate new opportunities
- Advise vendors on pricing, marketing, and strategy
- Create compelling property listings and coordinate marketing materials
- Work alongside Sales Negotiators to ensure seamless handover and sales progression
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of listing/valuation experience
– OR – - 2–3 years’ experience as a Sales Negotiator with a strong desire to step up
- Deep understanding of the East London / Essex property market
- Full UK driving licence and own vehicle (essential)
- Confident communicator with excellent presentation skills
- Target-driven and commercially minded
- Organised, self-motivated, and reliable
- Living locally is a distinct advantage
