Salary & Guaranteed Earnings
- Starting Salary:
- Guaranteed salary of £45,000 for the first three months of employment, ensuring financial stability during the induction period.
- After the initial 3 months, a basic salary of £24,000 per annum will apply (Negotiable, depending on experience)
Car Allowance & Expenses
- Car Allowance:
- You will receive an annual £3,000 car allowance to support your role. This position requires you to have your own car.
- Business Petrol and Parking:
- All business-related petrol costs will be covered.
- Business parking expenses will also be reimbursed, ensuring no out-of-pocket costs for travel related to your duties.
Working Hours
- Monday to Thursday:
- Working hours are 09:00 to 18:30, providing you with a consistent workday to manage your tasks efficiently.
- Friday:
- 09:00 to 18:00, a slightly earlier finish to kick off your weekend.
- Every Fourth Saturday:
- You will be required to work every fourth Saturday, offering flexibility during the week but ensuring you can serve clients over weekends when necessary.
Key Responsibilities
- Conducting property viewings, leading negotiations, and securing offers.
- Managing and following up on instructions, ensuring a smooth process from listing to let.
- Building strong relationships with clients and potential tenants, providing excellent customer service.
- Carrying out market appraisals and advising clients on current market trends and property values.
- Collaborating with your team of experienced negotiators to drive success and meet targets.

What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in a negotiator role within the property industry is preferred, ideally with experience in market appraisals.
- A full, clean driving license and your own car is essential to perform the duties of the role.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proactive, motivated, and target-driven individual with a passion for the property industry.
