Senior Lettings Negotiator
Basic Salary: £27,000 – £32,000 | OTE up to £80,000
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 6:30pm | Alternate Saturdays, 10:00am – 2:00pm
Are you an experienced Lettings Negotiator with a passion for delivering exceptional service? Our client, a well-established, independent boutique estate agency based in the heart of Hampstead, is seeking a personable, reliable, and driven individual to join our close-knit team.

The Role:
As a Lettings Negotiator, you will play a vital role in the smooth running of their lettings department. From conducting viewings and negotiating deals to supporting with day-to-day administration, you’ll be hands-on and client-facing. This is a fantastic opportunity to be a key part of a respected and growing agency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing applicant enquiries and booking viewings
- Conducting viewings and liaising with landlords and tenants
- Negotiating offers and seeing deals through to completion
- Supporting with tenancy progression and lettings administration
- Providing outstanding service and always going the extra mile
- Working collaboratively with the wider team
About You:
- Ideally 2–4 years’ experience in the property industry
- ARLA Qualified (or working towards it) is a strong advantage
- Organised, positive, and a genuine team player
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable supporting across both negotiations and administrative tasks
- A “can-do” attitude with a proactive approach to problem-solving
