Residential Sales Negotiator – Open Level (Junior or Experienced)

Canary Wharf, London (within 1 hour commute)
Basic: £22,000–£27,000 (Junior) | £30,000+ (Experienced)
OTE: £50k+ (Junior) | £75k–£80k+ (Experienced)

My client is a fast-growing estate agency with over 1,000 properties under management and growing active sales instructions. Following a recent acquisition, we’re expanding our sales team with a key hire – whether that’s a hungry junior or a seasoned lister will depend on the person. The opportunity and earning potential are real either way.

The Role
You’ll join a small, high-performing team and report directly to Sales Manager. You’ll be stepping into a live pipeline with plenty of room to contribute, grow, and earn from day one.
Responsibilities include:
• Conducting viewings and managing buyer relationships
• Registering applicants and qualifying leads
• Winning instructions (if experienced)
• Supporting business growth through excellent service and results

Who We’re Looking For
• Ideally experience in residential sales
• Also open to ambitious graduates or career changers from client-facing sectors (e.g., banking)
• Strong communicator with drive, independence, and initiative
• Driving licence required (car is helpful but not essential – local patch)

Hours & Working Pattern
• Mon–Thu: 9am–6pm
• Friday: 9am–5pm
• Saturday: 10am–3pm (1 in 2 – time off in lieu)
