Our highly successful prime property real estate client are seeking a motivated and experienced Senior Sales Negotiator to join their team based in Chelsea. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales negotiation, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of the real estate market in Chelsea.
Responsibilities:
– Manage and negotiate sales transactions for residential properties in Chelsea/Kensington/Belgravia and surrounding areas
– Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, buyers, and other stakeholders
– Conduct property viewings and provide expert advice to clients
– Stay up-to-date on market trends and property values in the local market
– Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives
– Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process
Requirements:
– Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales negotiation, in the real estate industry
– Proven track record of achieving sales targets and closing deals
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Strong knowledge of the local area and the prime property market
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
Salary: £25,000 to £30,000 basic with a realisituc first year OTE £60,000+
Hours: 8.45am-6pm Mon to Fri (Saturdays are 1 in 4: 9.30am-3.30pm)
