Job Title: Senior Sales Negotiator

Salary: £24,000 – £28,000 basic salary
On-Target Earnings (OTE): Up to £60,000
Contract Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Are you a driven and experienced property professional ready to take the next step in your sales career? An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Sales Negotiator to join a busy and successful estate agency in South West London.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and carry out property viewings for prospective buyers

  • Identify and secure new instructions for the branch

  • Effectively negotiate offers between buyers and vendors

  • Work closely with financial services teams to generate referral business

  • Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process

  • Contribute to achieving and exceeding personal and branch sales targets

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in residential sales, ideally in a similar role

  • Strong negotiation and communication skills

  • A proactive and self-motivated attitude

  • In-depth understanding of the sales process from valuation to completion

  • Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle (with business use insurance)

  • Excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities
