About the Role:

Due to continued success and business growth, we are looking to add an experienced and motivated Sales Negotiator to our established team based in South West London. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven individual looking to join a high-performing office and work under a supportive Branch Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Register and qualify applicants

• Conduct viewings and negotiate offers

• Manage a pipeline of sales through to completion

• Work closely with the Branch Manager and wider team to achieve targets

• Deliver excellent customer service throughout the sales process

What We Offer:

• Basic Salary: £26,000 – £30,000 (depending on experience)

• Commission: 10% on all sales

• On Target Earnings: £50,000 – £60,000+

• Car Allowance: Negotiable (Must own a vehicle)

• Parking: On-site parking available

• Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday: 8:30am – 6:00pm

  • Saturday: 8:30am – 3:00pm (Every Saturday with a day off in lieu – 5-day week)

Ideal Candidate:

We are looking for someone with:

• A minimum of 1–2 years of experience in estate agency sales

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• A proactive, target-driven approach

• Full UK driving licence and access to a car

• Local area knowledge is advantageous
