Salary: Basic £30,000 – £35,000, uncapped commission + company car

Role Overview
The Lettings Manager will be responsible for meeting new landlords, advising on rental values, securing new instructions, and managing a small team of negotiators. The role requires a balance of strong market knowledge, excellent client care, and effective team leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of two negotiators
- Carry out rental valuations and bring new properties to market
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with landlords
- Prepare property listings with high-quality photos, descriptions, and key details
- Monitor and respond to local market trends, rental demand, and legislation
- Work closely with the property management team
- Re-list properties when notice has been given
- Oversee lettings marketing and promotional activity
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a lettings development and management role
- Strong knowledge of the property market
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Self-motivated with good time management
- Full UK driving licence

- Estate agency: 4 years (required)
