We’re seeking a confident and proactive Property Manager to oversee a portfolio comprising AST tenancies and residential blocks. This is a varied and hands-on role that requires excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of relevant property legislation.
My client are a well-established asset management company based in Sidcup, managing a diverse portfolio of residential and mixed-use properties across the South East. With a focus on quality, compliance, and customer service, we pride ourselves on delivering a seamless experience for landlords, leaseholders, and tenants alike.
Key Responsibilities:

Day-to-day management of AST and block portfolios

Liaising with tenants, landlords, leaseholders, and contractors

Coordinating repairs, maintenance, and compliance

Managing service charge budgets and attending AGMs

Conducting property inspections and ensuring regulatory compliance

Overseeing tenancy agreements, renewals, and check-ins/check-outs

Ensuring prompt resolution of issues and maintaining strong client relationships
Requirements:

Minimum 2–3 years of experience in AST and Block Management

Strong understanding of property legislation and best practices

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Ability to manage a busy and varied workload

IRPM or ARLA qualifications (preferred but not essential)

Full UK driving licence and own vehicle (travel to sites may be required)
Location: Sidcup
Hours: 9:00am – 5:30pm Monday to Friday
Salary: Up to £45,000
