Our busy and well know client are offering a rare and exciting opportunity for a bright, switched-on individual to break into the lucrative world of land acquisition and development. You will be working closely with an experienced team, gaining hands-on exposure to real land deals and learning from the ground up.
This is not your average admin job — it’s a foot in the door to an industry where the right people can build serious careers and earn life-changing money. You’ll start by supporting their land team with research, letters, spreadsheets and general admin — but for the right candidate, this role will quickly evolve into something much more commercial.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Researching off-market land opportunities across the UK
- Drafting and sending targeted letters to landowners
- Managing spreadsheets and supporting deal tracking
- Liaising with high-net-worth individuals and stakeholders
- Learning how to identify, structure and negotiate land deals
What We’re Looking For:
- Intelligent, organised, and full of initiative
- Someone with good communication skills and natural commercial awareness
- Comfortable speaking with wealthy clients and professional contacts
- A sharp thinker who’s ready to work hard for long-term rewards
Why This Role?
- It’s a rare entry point into land and development — a highly competitive and lucrative space
- You’ll be learning from successful professionals who’ve done major deals
- You’ll start earning commission straight away (5% on qualifying deals)
- Your earnings and responsibilities will grow fast — Year 2 OTE is £50k+
- You’ll be part of a close-knit, high-performance team with strong industry connections
This is for you if:
You’re hungry, bright, and ready to graft for a long-term future in property. You understand that big rewards don’t come overnight — but you’re willing to earn your stripes, put in the work, and be part of something that can genuinely change your life.
This role is ideal for a young, hungry individual with ambition and common sense, looking to grow within a successful and fast-moving land development environment.
