Sales Negotiator – Brentwood/Essex Region
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Sales Negotiator to join a highly reputable and established estate agency in the Brentwood area.
Location: Brentwood
Role Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary:£20,000 -£25,000 basic + Commission (OTE £40,000-£50,000): Year 1
Hours:
- Monday to Friday: 9am-6pm
- Every other Saturday: 9am-5pm (with one weekday off in lieu)
Key Requirements
- Minimum 1 to 2years’ experience in property (sales experience advantageous)
- PROPERTY EXPERIENCE IS ESSENTIAL PLEASE DO NOT APPLY IF YOU DO NOT
- Full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to work
- Good knowledge of the local area is a plus
Key Responsibilities
- Registering and qualifying applicants
- Booking and attending property viewings
- Negotiating offers and closing sales
- Liaising with clients, buyers, and solicitors
- Maintaining strong customer service and professionalism
- Achieving individual and team targets
